The present invention relates to a system and a method for exposing a smart board using augmented reality, which easily transmits various notifications and et cetera to a user by setting a part of a building as a virtual space for implementing augmented reality and receiving additional information related to the building through a user terminal having an application for a smart board installed from the virtual space.
