The present invention relates to a real estate profit sharing method and a system thereof, which distributes a part of profit of a real estate execution company to a real estate buyer in a payment guarantee way. The real estate profit sharing method for distributing a part of profit of a real estate execution company to a buyer in a profit sharing server of the execution company includes the following steps of : transmitting, to a user terminal, a marketing data signal which includes profit sharing information about the real estate profit which the execution company wants to share with the real estate buyer; certifying the buyer through a connection with the user terminal; transmitting, to the user terminal, a selection request signal which includes a profit acceptance way selection menu so that the buyer is able to select a way of accepting the profit; receiving a selection response signal of the buyer about the way of accepting the profit from the user terminal; and transmitting a profit payment request signal to a payment guarantee institution server in order to pay the real estate profit to the buyer in the profit acceptance way which corresponds to the selection response signal. The real estate profit is paid to the buyer from a payment guarantee institution where the profit is deposited in the profit acceptance way which is pre-selected by the buyer.
