The present invention relates to a real estate trading method of a supplier bidding way and a system for providing the same, which suggests conditions about a real estate trade between a supplier and a consumer and is able to satisfy the conditions by the bidding way. The present invention includes : a web server which is connected to terminals of a real estate consumer and a supplier through a network; a database which includes the information, demand conditions, and supply conditions of the consumer and supplier as data; a consumer input unit which receives the information and demand conditions of the consumer and stores the database; a supplier input unit which receives the information and demand conditions of the supplier and stores in the database; a list selecting unit which selects a list of the supply conditions which are publicly bidden about a specific demand condition; an auction processing unit which performs a sequential private negotiation by designating an order about the consumer and the supplier who are selected in the list selecting unit; and a connecting unit which connects to the corresponding supplier through a terminal in case a consent is performed by the consumer in the auction processing unit. The auction processing unit requests a renewal of conditions to the supplier and receives a second selection from the consumer in case a negotiation is called by receiving a first selection among a consent, a refusal, and the negotiation by the consumer. Therefore, a reasonable deal is possible by simultaneously performing a public bid and a private negotiation and performing an auction by centering on a consumer.
