PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a technique for amalgamating real estate rental and Internet connection services in real estates at a higher level and performing rational operation and to reduce a financial burden on a real estate owner and contribute to improvement of a conclusion rate and reduction of a dislodging rate in real estate rental.SOLUTION : A transmission/reception server is provided with : communication speed management means which transmits a management signal for managing communication speed to a communication terminal which can be connected to the Internet via wired communication equipment and a wide-area wireless device and receives the transmitted management signal; a speed database for accumulating communication speed data calculated on the basis of the management signal received by the communication speed management means; speed data determination means for determining whether or not the communication speed is equal to or higher than a prescribed standard by using the speed data accumulated in the speed database; and determination result output means for outputting a determination result by the speed data determination means.COPYRIGHT : (C)2014, JPO&INPIT
