PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a terminal and a system for real estate business that offer merits for at least three parties including a tenant or the like, a landlord or the like, and a middleman or the like, respectively.SOLUTION : A terminal for real estate business is provided that manages points usable at affiliated traders consisting of at least some out of a household appliances retail store, a home furnishing retail store, a moving company, an insurance company, a building company and other stores, and that can access at least one point management server. The terminal for real estate business includes at least : point addition means that transmits an addition command for issued points to the point management server, when at least any transaction is conducted out of a lease contract, a sales contract, a renewal contract, payment of rent, and insurance subscription.
