PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate registration application information retrieval device that allows a real estate agent such as a real estate company to retrieve real estate of which a business value is enhanced by using the real estate registration application information. SOLUTION : In a real estate registration application information retrieval device, purposes for registration of an object of a piece of real estate for which registration was applied include information indicating new registration, information indicating preservation of property rights and a mortgage setting, and a use for the registration of the object of the piece of real estate for which the registration was applied includes information indicating a house. Further, the real estate registration application information retrieval device is provided with processing means 14 for extracting information of registration application performed in a loan starting period calculated on the basis of a refinancing occurrence target period and a fixed interest rate period from registration application information recorded in registration application information storage means 19.
