A method for registering and certifying transaction information of real estate rights through a network comprises the following steps. A terminal of a real estate owner (or right settlor) performs a transaction registration step of accessing a right transaction server through a network, authenticates identification according to an authentication process, and registers item information for transaction of available rights made up of any one selected from a mortgage, a provisional registration for security, a provisional registration for ownership transfer, and a leasehold set in the ownership of the real estate. When the transaction information is registered through the transaction registration step, a right transaction server performs a counterpart confirmation/certification request step of transmitting the transaction information registered from the terminal of the owner (or right settlor) to the terminal of the right settlor (or owner) who is a counterpart of the transaction right via an SMS text or an email, and requesting confirmation and certification with respect to the authenticity of the transaction information. When the terminal of the right settlor (or owner) accesses the right transaction server through the network and confirms the authenticity of the transaction information as certified in the counterpart confirmation/certification request step, the counterpart confirmation/certification step is performed through the authentication process. When the authenticity of the transaction information registered through the confirmation/certification process is confirmed and certified, the right transaction server classifies the transaction information as a confirmed/certified item. When the authenticity of the transaction information is not confirmed/certified, the right transaction server classifies the transaction information as an unconfirmed/uncertified item.
