A new method is described to obtain a future brokerage agreement or "list back" agreements for real estate brokers providing licenced real estate brokerage services to represent properties for sale or lease by providing telecommunication information for the benefit of property owners. The new method describes using potential or installed telecommunication leases, sites, equipment or services to influence, encourage or obtain the permission or agreement of property owners to exclusively use and/or provide first rights of refusal, or a list back to provide real estate brokerage services from a specific licensed real estate broker or brokerage service.
