A method for automation of operation of information system for service provider users support involves creation of at least one database in digital form comprising initial accounting data on consumers and/or initial data on real estate objects, and/or initial data on subventions for service payment associated with consumers, and provision of database management. Database is formed at central server comprising data storage facility and program module with server segment and client segment comprising user interface and capable of forming by client segment of information sheet comprising accounting data on consumers and/or accounting data on real estate objects, and/or on calculation of payments for services, and/or on consumer account balance for each service provider, and/or data on subvention for service payment, and/or data on changes of initial accounting data. Data on consumer account balance are transferred from hardware-software complex of service provider to central server, data exchange between server segment and client segment is performed. Secondary accounting data on consumers and real estate objects associated with consumers are obtained with further correction of database in automatic mode. Corrected accounting data are transferred to hardware-software complex of service provider.
