The present invention relates to a cell preserving solution comprising : a solvent which includes 30-50w/v% of alcohol; 50-65 w/v% of distilled water; 1.0-2.5 w/v% of a buffer agent; 0.1-1.5 w/v% of a blood remover; 0.1-1.5 w/v% of a protein precipitator; 0.1-1.5 w/v% of an anti-clotting agent; 0.1-2.0 w/v% of an anti-drying agent; 0.1-1.5 w/v% of an osmotic agent; 0.1-1.5 w/v% of a preservative; 0.1-1.5 w/v% of a mucolytic agent; and 0.1-1.5 w/v% of a mucus softener.
