A method and system for guided tour of remote locations by bringing together several parties, and corresponding computer program; application to hospitality industry and real estate. The invention relates to a method for remote guided tour existing location (hotels or real estate) or imaginary (real estate projects) by remote persons from each other. It relies on the creation of virtual visits locations and relating parties, including a "guide", with terminals connected to the Internet and equipped with input devices and audio and video output (1). According to the invention, the method comprises the following steps : for each place, making a virtual tour (2) and provided to Internet; and, each visit guided to a given location is by computer program (3), establishment of communication channels for the real-time data exchange (7) (10) (12) between the terminals, loading on each terminal of a video conference (9), instant messaging (11) and of an instance of the virtual tour (6), and synchronization of the instances (8).
