A valuation work order is created that includes a valuation type for a specific subject property. The valuation work order is assigned to a valuation agent and valuation data is input into a digital valuation form. Valuation data is collected from multiple sources. Upon completing the digital valuation form, the digital valuation for is checked for errors and a standard form corresponding to a standard real property valuation form is automatically generated.
