PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To generate information for supporting a financial institution to identify, on early stage, cases with possibilities of various risks among properties with security interests to be managed by the financial institution per se.SOLUTION : Regarding a property with security interest to be managed, there are generated a first property-with-security-interest information file recording, for each immovable property, property-with-security-interest data including at least a debtor name and a claim amount of mortgage in predetermined registration items of the Immovable Property Registration Law or a debtor name or an extreme amount of revolving mortgage, a reception information file recording, for each immovable property, acceptance data including at least a generation class of registration acceptance in acceptance record book data recorded in an acceptance record book predetermined in the Immovable Property Registration Rules, and a second property-with-security-interest information file recording, for each immovable property, synthetic data obtained by combining the property-with-security-interest data and the acceptance data. Regarding at least a purpose of registration in the acceptance data, instruction input instructing a specific class is received, synthetic data including the specific class in the acceptance data is detected from the second property-with-security-interest information file, and output information is generated.COPYRIGHT : (C)2015, JPO&INPIT
