The present invention relates to a method for calculating a premium of a store. In detail, a premium of a requested store is calculated such that an expected total premium case is calculated on the basis of selective major real estate indicators determined by a user as important real estate indicators in determining the premium of the store and divisional values of sections obtained by subdividing the determined selective major real estate indicators. Completed major real estate indicator information is classified to obtain completely matched major real estate indicator information including all of the determined selective major real estate indicators. Premiums of completely matched major real estate indicator information corresponding to each of the calculated expected total premium cases are collected. The premiums collected for each case forming the expected total premium case are processed to obtain average premium information indicating an average value. Correlation coefficient of each indicator is determined through weighted values given to each of the selective major real estate indicators. The correlation coefficients of each indicator corresponding to each average premium information according to the completely matched major real estate indicator information are weighted-summed to generate a total change amount of each indicator.
