PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate information system which can make an impression and a feeling a customer had in a preview site as beneficial data without depending on a memory, in the evaluation of a real estate property by the customer.SOLUTION : A predetermined real estate property is searched for in a database storing real estate information, and a search result is displayed on a display screen of a portable terminal. Next, a preview list of real estates is created on the basis of the search result, and displayed on the display screen of the portable terminal. Then, a general-purpose real estate information page is displayed on the display screen of the portable terminal. Furthermore, information for an individual customer is acquired by using a camera of the portable terminal or an input interface, and stored while being associated with a real estate in the preview list. Lastly, the information for the individual customer and the real estate information on the real estate property which is associated with the information for the individual customer are laid out, and a leaflet for an individual customer is created.COPYRIGHT : (C)2015, JPO&INPIT
