PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To enable a member to select property a request for which he or she wants to receive by browsing the requested property.SOLUTION : The server device includes : a registration part for receiving information related to a request for real estate property from terminal equipment which is operated by a client, and for registering it in a database; a distribution part for, when detecting that the information related to the request for the real estate property has been registered in the database, distributing the registered information related to the request for the real estate property to terminal equipment which is operated by a member; and a notification part for receiving an application for the request from the terminal equipment which is operated by the member, and for notifying the terminal equipment which is operated by the client that the application has been made.
