The present invention relates to a method for providing an interlocking service of promotion material printing and online listing for real estate brokerage and, more particularly, the method includes : (1) a step in which a broker terminal using an online real estate brokerage service is inputted with sales information; (2) a step in which the broker terminal makes promotion material by inserting the inputted sales information to an offline promotion form, and delivers the promotion material to a printing apparatus; and (3) a step in which the broker terminal lists the inputted sales information on an online real estate sales bulletin board. According to a method for providing an interlocking service of promotion material and online listing for real estate brokerage proposed in the present invention, the broker terminal is inputted with the sales information and makes the promotion material and then delivers the promotion material to the printing apparatus, and lists the promotion material on the online real estate sales bulletin board.
