The present invention relates to a method for insuring an analysis of real-estate rights for auction bids. According to the present invention, the method comprises : a step of inputting information about auctioned real estate as well as information about a bidder participating in a bid for the auctioned real estate; a step in which a consulting firm for analyzing rights to auctioned real estate performs a rights analysis for the auctioned real estate; a step in which a law firm verifies and certifies a result of the rights analysis; and a step of issuing a rights-analysis insurance policy to the bidder, which contains that the rights included in a rights-analysis report of the auctioned real estate are insured based on a rights-analysis certificate.
