The invention relates to a real estate business method aiming at automatically measuring the market value of the real estates in the industrial and private sector. According to the invention, the business method simultaneously or independently uses three measuring techniques, namely : the comparative analysis, the direct comparison and the hedonic regression for evaluating a real estate, calculating a value specific to each measuring technique by successive interrogation of a real estate database, the calculated values being then returned to a user authenticated by a password, together with images of the real estates to be evaluated and those of a comparable real estate, said images coming from an image database, at the same time the calculated values being stored in a value database. Besides the measuring techniques, data from various sources are processed and information relevant for the real estate database is collected.
