PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a construction/real estate information retrieval system which can efficiently establish a transaction between an object buyer and an object vendor on the basis of comprehensive history information related to a construction or a piece of real estate.SOLUTION : In a construction/real estate information retrieval system 1, every piece of comprehensive history information is shown by defining attribute information as either retrieval item information which is permitted to be used as a retrieval item or public information which is permitted to be displayed in an external terminal as a retrieval result. Accordingly, every piece of the comprehensive history information can be defined individually whether to be used as a retrieval item or a public object, thereby allowing flexible and highly accurate retrieval as well as diverse information disclosure.
