PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a rental housing mediation management system which, when a single-family house or a condominium is rented as a rental housing, facilitates exchange and sharing of information about the rental housing among a landlord, an estate agent, and a tenant to enhance the transparency of the real estate deal related to the rental housing.SOLUTION : A rental house management system 10 comprises : a landlord terminal device used by a landlord who is a lender of a rental housing; a tenant terminal device used by a tenant who is a borrower; and an agent terminal device used by an agent who mediates a lease contract of the rental housing. Property data on the rental housing entered from the landlord terminal device is recorded in a property table on a database of a server device. The property data is disclosed on a website so that the property data-related information is shared among the landlord, the tenant, and the agent.
