In particular, property evaluations created by an agent are forwarded to a service provided in accordance with the present invention to communicate with other agents who may also employ mobile devices to review them. The present invention facilitates creation and sharing of au evaluation report that is created by a real-estate agent before a property sale is contracted or agreed to, typically when a property comes to the market for sale.
