PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To smoothly execute a funeral, by setting an ending note as a different hue in response to sex.SOLUTION : A frame layout sheet 3 is joined to an inside one side surface of a portrait message fascicle 1, and a portrait photograph 5 desirably to be used in one' s own funeral is put in and stored from an insertion port 4 of the upper end. A square layout sheet 8 with an elliptical storage hole 9 is joined to a residual one side surface, and a message letter 10 desirably to be read aloud in the one' s own funeral is stored in this storage hole. An outside surface of this portrait message fascicle 1 is different in a hue in response to the set of a note maker (oneself).
