17 ABSTRACT The invention relates to a conjunction system for real estate agents including, an electronic database of property listings, accessible by a user and a conjunction rating applicable to one or more property listing, accessible and searchable by the user. In use, the users can search the electronic database for properties and or conjunct ratings whereby a suitable commission split may be found for a property where an agent may have a potential buyer. The invention also relates to a variants of the system and to a similar system searchable by return on investment ratings.
