PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a system for carrying out calculation process of amount of fund pool for social welfare by planning and adjusting mathematical calculation fee of social economic increase overall calculation fee and others, numerical value and primary balance becoming profitable fee as center for increasing income for social welfare.SOLUTION : In order to increase income for social welfare, preferable circulation is formed by a program for carrying out a calculation process for social welfare income increase while controlling to increase or decrease issuing of public bonds and government bonds as a primary balance fund for producing remittance money to all social welfare by associating social economy increase overall calculation fee and other mathematical calculation fees, numerical value and primary balance making profitable plan money of the government with public bond issuance in steps.COPYRIGHT : (C)2015, JPO&INPIT
