The present invention relates to a smart LED lighting apparatus having an air sterilization function, which is configured to solve problems of the conventional LED lighting apparatuses that the conventional LED lighting apparatuses just light up surroundings thereof with LED lights through a dimming function, but since the conventional LED lighting apparatus does not have an additional heat dissipating means, crazing or whitening phenomenon can occur on the surface of a diffusion plate which diffuses LED lights to the outside, due to the high temperature, and that the conventional LED lighting apparatuses do not have a self-air sterilization function such that additional air sterilizer needs to be prepared in places such as hospitals or nursery facilities in which air sterilization is necessary, thereby taking long period of time for installation and increasing costs. More specifically, the smart LED lighting apparatus according to the present invention comprises : a cross-shaped main body (100); an impact air sterilizer (200); cross-shaped hybrid LED modules (300); a smart controller (400). Accordingly, the smart LED lighting apparatus is capable of, primarily and secondarily sterilizing indoor air through a UV LED formed therein while emitting LED lights, being automatically driven according to sensed indoor illumination and air contamination, thereby creating a comfortable and clean indoor environment, and forcibly dissipating heat generated from the cross-shaped hybrid LED modules through a suction fan and convection circulation. Thus, the lifetimes of an RGB LED chip and a UV LED chip can be improved as much as 70%, compared to those of the conventional LED lighting apparatuses, and a brightness and colors can be customized to fit the lighting mood of a user.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
