The present invention relates to a safe transaction method for a real estate rent. The safe transaction method for a real estate rent comprises : a step where a lessor terminal transmits rent mediation request information to a mediation server; a step where the mediation server transmits a business cooperation request to a financial institution server when the mediation server receives the rent mediation request information; and a step where the financial institution server transmits loan contract information to the lessor terminal. When a rent payment is missed, the lessor does not have to contact a lessee directly. Even when rent payments are missed for a long period of time, the lessor can receive rent payments promptly without taking a legal action such as a small claims judgment or the like. The lessee is required to repay the rent for which the lessor received a loan from a financial institution such as a bank or the like and interests for the rent only, and thus the lessee does not need to spend additional expenses for collection efforts of the lessor or a legal dispute such as a small claims judgment.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
