PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate information trading system capable of trading highly reliable and accurate real estate information between real estate agents as a professional agent.SOLUTION : In a real estate information trading system in which a system server is connected via the Internet line to terminals for members owned by a plurality of housing land/construction agents, the system server includes : member registration determination means for determining the propriety of the member registration of the building land/construction agents; real estate registration information auditing means for auditing real estate registration information including real estate information applied by the building land/construction agents; real estate information discrimination means for discriminating the real estate information into basic information indicating the summary of the real estates and deal information; and real estate information disclosure means for disclosing the basic information of the real estate information without charge, and for disclosing the detail information with charge to the other building land/construction agents.COPYRIGHT : (C)2016, JPO&INPIT
