The present invention relates to an insulator fixing device for an apartment house which enables an insulator to have a continuous contact force towards a wall body. More specifically, the insulator fixing device for an apartment house, comprises : a bracket (30) installed in an insulator attaching surface (22) of a wall body (20), including vertical guide holes (31, 32) and an eccentric hole (33); a containing groove (42) concavely formed on a rear surface of an insulator (40) closely attached to the insulator attaching surface (22) to receive the bracket (30); a spring latching plate (44) attached to the rear surface of the insulator (40), partially protruding from one side of the containing groove (42); a lifting rod (52) inserted into the vertical guide holes (31, 32); a toggle action shaft (54) inserted into the eccentric hole (33); a toggle spring (50) which extends from the lifting rod (52) to the toggle action shaft (54) by way of a front surface of the spring latching plate (44), and is rotated by a torsion elasticity restoring force with the vertical guide holes (31, 32) as a starting point to be converted into a front and rear direction; a spring latching pin (56) installed in the lifting rod (52); a locking spring (60) fitted into the lifting rod (52) whose both ends are supported between the spring latching pin (56) and the bracket (30) to apply an elastic force to a direction to raise the lifting rod (52); a latch rod (58) installed in a lower part of the toggle action shaft (54); a stopper (34) formed on the bracket (30) to limit a rotatable angle of the latch rod (58); and a latching groove (35) formed on the bracket (30) to limit rotation of the latch rod (58).COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
