The present invention relates to a method for managing real estate rental receipt. A rental managing server receives rental from a lessee and transfers the same to an account of a lessee. When payment of rental of a lessee is delayed, the rental managing server prepays rental to an account of a lessor and requests rental and prepayment commission to the lessee. When the rental and prepayment commission are not received, a legal procedure is performed through a law firm server. Accordingly, a lessor does not have to unnecessarily worry about managing rental, and a lessee may avoid having an inconvenient relationship with a lessor when rental is in arrears.
