The present invention relates to a device for fixating a penetration pipe of an apartment house slab which can prevent the penetration pipe from inclining or slipping, comprising : curve supports (32, 34) which are closely attached around the outer circumferential surface of the penetration pipe (20), in the center of the angle (30); a flexible band (40) located between the penetration pipe (20) and a U-bolt (36), while covering a portion of the outer circumferential surface of the penetration (20) on the other side of the curve supports (32, 34); a hemispheric bolt support (43) into which a bending part of the U-bolt (36) is inserted, while being formed on the outer circumferential surface of the flexible band (40); sawteeth (41, 42) closely attached to the outer circumferential surface of the penetration pipe (20), while being formed radially at a predetermined interval toward the center of the penetration pipe (20) from the upper and lower ends of the flexible band (40); a cut-out portion (43a) formed at a predetermined interval in the longitudinal direction of the bolt support (43); a joint part (44) formed in the lower center of the flexible band (40); and an arc support plate (50) installed between the flexible band (40) and slab (22) located on the other side of the angle (30), while supporting the center of the flexible band (40) above the slab (22) by being coupled to the joint part (44).COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
