The present invention relates to a real estate transaction method. The method helps a rapid real estate transaction by enabling a purchaser to find out a transaction object and a transaction target by using a mobile communication network and the Internet and by enabling a mediation server to send an object confirmation date to a seller when the purchaser selects an object.
