PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate property information providing device for having a computer manage important character information contained in information disclosed by a court in a PDF format as an image and improving convenience in search for information regarding a real estate auction property by a user.SOLUTION : A device has : a means 110 for acquiring information disclosed as text data in real estate auction property information disclosed by a court; a means 120 for extracting character information by applying optical character recognition process for a 3 point set information disclosed as an image data in the real estate auction property information; a means 140 for carrying out a writing in process of information acquired by these means to a storage means; and a means 150 for providing information regarding the real estate auction property stored to the storage means based on the provision request regarding the information relating to the real estate auction property specified by the information acquired by an optical character recognition process.SELECTED DRAWING : Figure 2COPYRIGHT : (C)2016, JPO&INPIT
