More particularly, the present invention relates to an asset management system having a convergence-type profit structure where real estate and movable assets are linked, the system being able to : prevent real estate from being unsold; resolve the problem of unsold real estate by applying the system even to already unsold real estate; substantially increase the value, as a commodity, of real estate for which sale has already been completed; enable the owner of previously sold real estate or a lessee thereof to gain a profit; and enable the asset value of real estate to increase continuously through a circular profit structure.
