The present invention relates to an apartment lintel wherein one side thereof is supported on masonry bricks and the other side thereof is supported on a wall surface. The apartment lintel comprises : a wall surface support socket (40) wherein a first small diameter channel (42) and a first large diameter channel (44) whose upper portions are opened are connected to each other in an uneven pipe form to support the ends of one sides of a small diameter rebar (32) and a large diameter rebar (34) having different diameters; a wall surface fixing plate (46) on which the wall surface support socket (40) is installed in parallel; a brick support socket (50) wherein a second small diameter channel (52) and a second large diameter channel (54) whose upper portions are opened are connected to each other in an uneven pipe form to support the ends of the other sides of the small diameter rebar (32) and the large diameter rebar (34); a brick support plate (60) wherein a plurality of semi-circular joining grooves are formed side by side on an upper end thereof to join the brick support socket (50); and a rebar binding groove (48, 58) formed on upper ends of the wall surface support socket (40) and the brick support socket (50).COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
