The simulation device for real estate comprises : an image obtaining unit which receives an image of a real estate to sell; a simulation image producing unit which produces a simulation image of the real estate to sell, wherein a building structure of the real estate is implemented in a three dimensional virtual space on the basis of the image of the real estate and a design; and a simulation image providing unit which provides the simulation image of the real estate to a display device.
