The corner bead for the apartment house comprises : an upper fixing body (30, 40) and a lower fixing body (50, 60) installed in an upper and a lower portion of the wall surfaces (20, 22) on both sides merging with each other on an angle; an upper rotary roller (32, 42) and a lower rotary roller (52, 62) mounted on the upper fixing body (30, 40) and the lower fixing body (50, 60) to be rotated, and provided with laterally penetrated guide holes (32h, 42h); tap holes (32t, 42t) penetrated to the guide holes (32h, 42h) from the outer surfaces of the upper rotary roller (32, 42) and the lower rotary roller (52, 62); an upper adjustment bar (34, 44) and a lower adjustment bar (54, 64) inserted into the guide holes (32h, 42h) to slide; set bolts (36, 46, 56, 66) mounted in the tap holes (32t, 42t) to fixate the upper adjustment bar (34, 44) and the lower adjustment bar (54, 64); elastic clips (38, 48, 58, 68) of an opened loop shape installed in the ends of the upper adjustment bar (34, 44) and the lower adjustment bar (54, 64); and a bead bar (70) provided with clip stoppage grooves (72, 74) formed on an upper and a lower portion thereof, into which the elastic clips (38, 48, 58, 68) are inserted, and installed and separated from a corner (24) where the wall surfaces (20, 22) merge.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
