PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate registration application information searching apparatus capable of searching a real estate expected to generate a refinance of loan.SOLUTION : The real estate registration application information searching apparatus includes : registration application information storage means; means that receives a search instruction to search a real estate expected to generate a refinance of loan; means that acquires a loan refinance generation period possibly generating a refinance of a housing loan; means that calculates a start period of the loan; and means that extracts an object property which possibly generates a refinance of loan, which satisfies the following first-third conditions, based on the search instruction. The first condition is that the registration application information storage means stores a piece of registration application information which includes a piece of information representing new as a purpose of the registration and a piece of information representing a house as the purpose of the real estate. The second condition is that the registration application information storage means includes a piece of registration application information which includes a piece of information representing mortgage as the purpose of the registration. The third condition is that the reception year, month and date of the registration application information which includes a piece of information representing a mortgage as the purpose of the registration is within the loan start period.
