PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a rental rate settlement system, when a rental rate of a rental real-estate property is settled by a credit card, even if the credit card is stopped to use, sending the rental rate to a rental property manager of a landlord.SOLUTION : The rental rate settlement system includes : a rental property management mechanism 14 with which a lessor contracts for consignment of a management business related to a rental property; a lease guarantee mechanism 11 with which a lessee 12 contracts for consignment of lease guarantee and that executes processing related to the lease guarantee; a credit card settlement proxy mechanism 15 that performs credit card settlement service related to rent payment for the lessee 12; and a rental transfer management mechanism 16 that stands in for rental rate collection related to the lessee 12 and performs transfer management. The rental rate settlement system is configured to inquire about propriety of the credit card settlement of the lessee 12 to the lease guarantee mechanism 11 and the credit card settlement proxy mechanism 15, when it is possible, demands rental payment by the credit card settlement to the lessee, and, when it is not possible, demands rent payment by withdrawal to the lessee via the rental transfer management mechanism 16.SELECTED DRAWING : Figure 2COPYRIGHT : (C)2016, JPO&INPIT
