According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for verifying real estate offerings comprises the following steps of : receiving rental information related to real estate from a first client device which is a terminal of a lessor connected to a server; transmitting the rental information to a second client device which is a terminal of a lessee; receiving approval information on the rental information from the second client device; generating a rental contract including the rental information and the approval information; and determining whether the rental contract is valid based on an offering verifying condition. The purpose of the present invention is to prevent damage to users with less experience in real estate direct transactions in advance by automatically rejecting the output of a contract for an offering with a risk of damage from direct transactions according to a predetermined condition and giving the reasons for refusal to the users.
