PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an information processing system capable of detecting information on a piece of real estate which may not be used after inheritance.SOLUTION : An information processing system includes an inherited real estate detection part SR for detecting a piece of real estate satisfying a predetermined condition as the piece of real estate of an ownership transfer target by inheritance, an address information acquisition part AG for acquiring the address information of an inheritor as an ownership transfer destination on the basis of the registration information of the real estate satisfying the predetermined condition, and a determination part FR for determining the possibility that the real estate detected by the inherited real estate detection part SR will become unused real estate on the basis of the address information of the inheritor acquired by the address information acquisition part AG and object specifying information for specifying the position of the real estate detected by the inherited real estate detection part SR.SELECTED DRAWING : Figure 1COPYRIGHT : (C)2016, JPO&INPIT
