According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for loaning or redeeming a loan includes the steps of : providing a loan service for at least one of a down payment, a middle payment, and a balance which are supported by a certain real estate related loan product if a subscription request to the certain real estate related loan product is received through a financial application of a mobile terminal; receiving a redeeming request for at least one of the down payment, the middle payment, and the balance through the financial application of the mobile terminal; and redeeming at least one of the down payment, the middle payment, and the balance using a mileage of a user associated with the mobile terminal, wherein the mileage is generated according to financial transactions by the user.
