In addition, the research analysis system is configured to provide enhanced real estate information to the real estate professional. The research analysis system aggregates data from various sources, performs comparisons on the aggregated data, and supplies the results of the comparisons to a classification tool whose output is used to create groupings of the data based on specific relationships and/or qualities of interest to the real estate industry, such as parcels having the same owner.
