A system is provided for creating and distributing real estate property videos including a mobile device, a first and second cloud storage system and a server system. A software application may be programmed to uniquely identify a user via login credentials, guide the user to create and edit a first video file in a first file format, associate the first video file with the user via a unique user ID, and upload the first video file to a first cloud storage system. The first cloud storage system stores the first video in the first file format, downloads the first video file to a server system configured to convert the file to at least a second file format, creating a second video file, then uploading the second video file in the second format to a second cloud storage system, and automatically send the user a link to the second video.
