PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an occupancy support server and an occupancy support method that are capable of supporting people having various life backgrounds for occupancy of a rental house and contributes to activation of a company and a group that provide a tenant with life support services and activation of a residential area.SOLUTION : An occupancy support system 1 includes an occupancy support server 2, a real estate company terminal 3 owned by a real estate company, and a customer terminal 4 owned by an applicant for occupancy. The occupancy support server 2, the real estate company terminal 3, and the customer terminal 4 are connected to each other via Internet 5. The occupancy support server 2 includes an occupancy support information extraction section 9. The occupancy support information extraction section 9 interlocks with an occupant information database 6, an occupancy support group information database 7, and a real estate information database 8. The occupancy support information extraction section 9 compares the content of the personal information of an applicant for occupancy with the content of the information of occupancy support groups, selects an occupancy support group that provides life support services suitable for the life background of the applicant for occupancy, and extracts a combination of the applicant for occupancy and the occupancy support group.SELECTED DRAWING : Figure 1COPYRIGHT : (C)2017, JPO&INPIT
