PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To avoid a risk of a disadvantage that a user finds a desired estate rental, then another applicant contracts the estate rental earlier because the time for examination and approval procedure of the rent guarantee contract is long, and the user cannot contract the desired estate rental.SOLUTION : Previous acceptance service of rent guarantee is performed on the basis of rent guarantee certification information including person specific information of a user, an upper-limit rent indicating the upper-limit rent allowing rent guarantee, and an effective period allowing establishment of a rent guarantee contract.
