PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To easily determine a transfer destination.SOLUTION : An auxiliary device comprises : user information acquisition means for acquiring desire transfer destination information and transfer motive information; storage means for storing plural sites containing at least real estate information sites; site selection means for, based on the transfer motive information, selecting sites for expressing consideration information which the user considers when determining a transfer destination, from the plural sites stored in the storage means; search means for searching objects from the real estate information sites in which a place expressed by the desire transfer destination information as a reference, and searching the consideration information out of the sites selected by the site selection means, in which positions of the objects extracted by search are reference; and output control means for classifying the pieces of consideration information extracted by the searching for each object and then outputting the consideration information.SELECTED DRAWING : Figure 2COPYRIGHT : (C)2017, JPO&INPIT
