The real estate brokering service server according to one exemplary embodiment comprises : a registration unit for registering a real estate sale case according to sale information; a broker selection unit for selecting multiple sale brokers depending on a need for connection to a broker with respect to the registered real estate sale case; and a broker recruitment unit for transmitting, to the selected multiple sale brokers, a request for entrusting a brokering task and choosing any one among the selected multiple sale brokers as a broker in charge of the sale of the real estate sale case.
