PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To create an environment where an individual can travel leisurely and an enterprise is capable of awarding a long holiday to employees without being unreasonable and to provide a real estate product sales system-linked travel sales system contributing to evolution of both the individual and the enterprise.SOLUTION : An RDBMS management center joined by numerous enterprises is composed and a public fund company control support fund system is introduced for paying public fund company control support fund according to the real estate product cost and travel cost to the affiliated enterprises when a real estate product or a travel product is purchased by introduction by each affiliated enterprise.
