PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To enable prices of real estate properties in an apartment house to be calculated on the basis of an objective and fully reliable standard and presented to an owner.SOLUTION : A secondhand sale price assessment system 0200 for assessing secondhand sale prices of assessment dwelling units, which are dwelling units for which secondhand sale prices are calculated, in an assessment apartment house, which is an apartment house including the assessment dwelling units comprises : an assessment rule storing part 0201 that stores an assessment rule, which is a rule for assessing the secondhand sale prices of the assessment dwelling units other than sold dwelling units in the assessment apartment house, which are dwelling units already sold as secondhand dwelling units, on the basis of a relationship between newly-built offering prices of the sold dwelling units and newly-built offering prices of the assessment dwelling units, and secondhand sale price of the sold dwelling units; and an assessment part 0202 that assesses the secondhand sale prices of the assessment dwelling units on the basis of the stored assessment rule.SELECTED DRAWING : Figure 2COPYRIGHT : (C)2017, JPO&INPIT
